Before You Ride

Rules & Guidelines

No license required for riders aged 16 and over. Our e-bikes are classified as electric-assist bicycles with a maximum speed of 20 km/h.
Riding under the influence is illegal in Japan. If alcohol is detected, your ride will be cancelled immediately with no refund.
In case of severe weather, we may cancel rides at our discretion. Full refund will be provided for weather cancellations.
Third-party liability insurance (personal injury & property damage) is included. Optional vehicle insurance can be added at booking (+¥1,000).
We can store your luggage at our shop during your ride. Please manage your own valuables.
Overtime is charged at ¥500 per 15 minutes. Please inform our staff if you need more time.
More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation
Less than 24 hours before: 100% of the fare
